やっぱり秋刀魚の刺身は最高です！今宵はKOYAMAさんのリースリング。素晴らしい果実味の厚みですが、個人的にはもう少し酸が欲しいですね。でも開いてからのバランスは素晴らしいものがありました！これ、シャンパーニュの酵母を使用しているらしいです。本当？泡のリリースが近いのかな？

Clear moderate greenish lemon yellow, with thick disk. Rich yellow peach, abricot, green apple fruit aroma, and lemon candy, hint of camomile gives it freshness. Medium plus attack, luscious impression. slightly sweet on palate, erabolate acid make balance. well ripened quince like mouthfeel. sharp and nice finish. accompany with daily Japanese or spicy ethnic food.
