PÉT NAT PINOT NOIR
We love Pet Nat Rosé, and it took us too long to make one. Meant to be a Blanc de Noirs; instead it went way too pink and delicious for the style, so we decided it deserves a label of its own. One of those lucky accidents.
It has a different colour and made from a different grape variety, but keep the same spirit of Bright Young Thing - juicy and smashable.
