NZに行ったとき買ってきたワイン。 冷えてるときと温度が上がったときでは香りが変化。冷たいときはシトラス系がメインだけど、温度が上がるとトロピカルな香りがする。 口に含むとしっかりした果実味。 でも甘くない。 My best NZ Sauvignon! Ascension “The Passion” Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc $30.00 This is a single-vineyard Sauvignon grown especially for us in the Wairau Valley by one of the region’s best growers (just a stone’s throw from Cloudy Bay). This is a deliberately lush and full-bodied wine with flavours at the riper end of the spectrum, the result of restricting yields and growing in free-draining alluvial silt.
