NZ 好きなのですが、これは酸味が足りません。余韻が伸びず、ドロっとしたところがボルドーっぽい。

忘年会（家飲み）。飲みすぎて飲んだことすら覚えてない…。vinicaしてるのに意味無いな〜

安旨。フレッシュです。

2014 12.5% なめし革の香りがとてもします Pinot noir grapes were cold soaked on skins for several days in small 1.5T fermenters. A combination of Pinot Noir yeasts and wild fermentations were carried out on the different vineyard batches. Post fermentation maceration occurred until the optimum tannin extraction was achieved. The wine was pressed and put to barrel for maturation with a percentage of barrels being new French oak. Malo was completed naturally in the Spring. All barrels were tasted to find the combination of barrels that has been selected for this wine. Tasting Notes Youthful and fruit driven with bright red berry fruits and hints of cherry and cola. The palate is elegant with supple tannins, texture and finesse. 炭酸ぽいような、チェリーコークの香りします

いい香り

NZピノは好きですが、これはお値段以上ニ○リ的な。ありがたや。

透明感光沢感が美しいルビー色 涙はやや粘性あり 瑞々しいラズベリーの様な香り しゅわっとした酸 優しいタンニン ふわっとした果実味 割と長く続くアフター 芯がしっかりしたワイン ニュージーランドの赤 2014 2日目も落ち着くものの美味しい

ピノ。なんだか物足りない感じ(´・c_・`)

なるほど‼︎ベリー感ね♪勉強中?

腐葉土、野いちご、バラのバランスの取れた香り。安いピノにあるツンとした刺すような酸味もなく、まろやかで飲みやすい。仄かな甘味もあり美味しい。もう少し熟成させてワイン自体の厚みやコクが出てくれば更に良い。

デイリーで、美味しい。ニュージーランドのピノらしく、フルーティ。
